Overhead doors are 7 feet tall.  Some items on a trailer may not fit.

  • Prices are by the month, due on the first of the month. 

  • We do not accept credit cards.

  • We are not required to send you an invoice.  You are responsible for your rent and paying it on time.

  • Rent is due on the 1st.

  • A $20.00 late fee will apply if payment is not received by the 8th, and a $10.00 over-lock fee will be added on the 10th.   Please mail your payment accordingly. The public sale of your items starts on the 10th.   

  • If you do not pay your rent, you will receive two late notices then a Notice of Lien on your property.  This lien will state that you have 14 days to pay, and will list the date of the public sale of your items if not paid.    

  • You MUST keep us up to date on your phone number, email address, and mailing address.

  • You can mail your payment to PO Box 175, Roscommon, MI 48653, or put in the drop box in the door of the office at units.  Make checks payable to:  TWB Roscommon Investments

  • If you pay for 6 months or more in advance, you can take a 5% discount.  No refunds on early termination.

  • We require a $25.00 deposit.  Unit must be swept out with no damage to get your deposit back.

  • You must notify us when you vacate the unit, or you will lose your deposit.

 

 Approximate space needed:

          12x10 will fit approximately the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment

          12x13 will fit approximately the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment

          12 x 16 will fit approximately the contents of a small 3 bedroom house

          14 x 26 will fit approximately the contents of a whole house

          Of course, this is with optimal packing and stacking.
