Before the sale, you will receive two late notices then a Notice of Lien on your property.  This lien will state that you have 14 days to pay, and will list the date of the public sale of your items.

If you do not pay your balance and move out, the sale will take place and you will be placed in Collections and this will affect your credit score.

The public sale could take place in as little as 62 days from the date your rent is due.  All rents are due on the 1st day of the month.  Please keep your account up to date.
